Please note. These drives are MG09ACA18TEY, not MG09ACA18TE. The only difference is that MG09ACA18TEY has an extra feature called SIE or Sanitize Instant Erase that allows for the immediate and secure erasure of data on the drive. It's essentially a quick and permanent method of wiping the drive, making it unreadable. Many latest SAS/SATA drives have this feature.
